Hi, I'm Verniecia. Calligraphy found me long before it became my business.

It started in 2016, as something I did on the side, late evenings and weekends spent practising strokes and taking on small commissions. What began as a quiet creative outlet slowly grew into something I cared about more and more, until it became clear that calligraphy wasn't just a hobby. It was something I wanted to build a life around.

For a long time, the timing never quite felt right to pursue it fully. Life had other plans, and there were seasons where simply holding steady mattered more than taking risks. But somewhere along the way, I realised that waiting for the perfect moment was its own kind of risk — and that committing fully was the only way to find out what this could become.

The Letter V Studio is the result of that commitment. What started as The Letter V Stationer has grown into a creative studio bringing calligraphy, hand engraving, and hot foiling together for brands, businesses, and individuals.

The name has changed along the way, but the intention behind it never has. Every piece I create today is still made with the same care and attention I brought to my very first commission back in 2016, just with a wider range of ways to bring it to life.

I believe the details people remember most are the ones made especially for them. The ones that make a person feel seen, even in a small way.

That belief is what guides every project I take on, regardless of its size or scale.

The scale changes. The care doesn't.

If you'd like to be part of what comes next, I'd love to hear from you.
